My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The living room with kitchen has a fireplace, a couch, and a large window overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom provides comfortable 100% natural mattresses. Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

An old horse chestnut tree lane leads to Lipót, where our guest house, which opened last year, awaits its guests. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden jacuzzi! Try the barbecue! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

Everything is just a stone's throw from X-bionic. Free parking in front of the apartment building. The entrance to the apartment building is lockable and secure. This tiny wooden cottage with a green garden is ideal for a solo traveller, a couple (including with children), or two couples, for hippie souls, and for those who love simple, ‘plastic-free’ country living. The bathroom and the attic room have a sloping ceiling, so a tall person will have to bend their head a little. The builder of the house (our father-in-law) was 195 cm tall and had a sense of humour :) A stocked refrigerator, for example with fruit and vegetables, can be made available on request.
