Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Mactan

This is a fresh, small but very cozy apartment with everything you need. It’s quiet on the 16th floor, with excellent internet, and the building offers a pool and a relaxation area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many cafes and shopping malls. The host is very responsive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Cebu City.

I had a great stay in this condo, close to Ayala center, 7-11 and other shops. Lady Cherry was very kind and she responded quickly to my messages. I reccomend.

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

Enjoyed our stay at this new Airbnb. Location was accessible to Ayala mall and there is a convenience store and bakeshop on the ground floor that is open 24/7. Annie’s place was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a smell though, coming out from the drain and we were told it was probably because the drain hasn’t been used as it was new and the host was aware of it during the turnover of the unit. It was really the biggest downside during our stay as we constantly cleaned the toilet in the hopes of removing the smell, but to no avail. Nevertheless, Annie responded to our concerns and we still liked the place overall. Comfortable bed, had basic cutleries and crockeries, decent sized fridge, safe and secure neighbourhood, 24/7 security, and a responsive host. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay whilst still staying in the city center.

I dont remember what i paid, however it was definitely worth it. I needed a last minute place because the place i booked in IT park canceled. This location is great, and Nelsons place had everything. Although i didnt use the pool, the gym was more than sufficient. The condo had enough room for my desk work station and room to do pushups and burpees. Nelson was very attentive and communicative. highly recommend.

It was a great place and we had an amazing stay - way better than I expected. Everything was pristine and in order. The bed was more than comfortable. The CR was clean and complete. All appliances are functional. I ran into a problem, and the host was so kind enough to go an extra mile (even literally) to help. Host's services and unit are all excellent in every way. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

BaLay Studio hosted by Lay Lira Marie Yes, 💯 %. I highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable unit, top-notch amenities, and attentive host. All things we needed are readily available and with fun indoor games and activities. 3-night stay solely for the two of us, it was all worth it. Strong wifi connections, projector with Netflix - ready to use, karaoke and other fun stuffs.

2nd stay at the place and it was a great experience overall :)

You can trust the photos and reviews of this unit. It has everything you need for cooking plus a hot/cold water dispenser. Shower is hot with good pressure. Responsive co-host. We have booked to stay here again. The area is our favourite in Cebu, there are supermarkets, laundry, meat shops and the restaurants.... Greek, Indian, Korean, German, Italian, Spanish, all within walking distance and all good.
