Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.

Casa Pineddu is located in Marazzino, about 4 km from Santa Teresa Gallura. You will have the entire house at your disposal, immersed in the typical Gallura countryside, a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of Rena Bianca, La Marmorata, and Valle Dell'Erica. The house consists of a kitchen/living room, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a large garden with an outdoor shower and washing machine. Private parking.

Lìccia Bárria is the name of an ancient Gallurese “stazzo”. The house is original, it dates back to 1850, renovated inside, keeping the antique roof in juniper logs intact. It is located in Gallura, between Arzachena and Palau. The house has a large living room with the adjacent open but very distinct kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
