So much space for the whole family in this house immersed in the countryside, 3 km from the town of Sennariolo and about 10 km from the beaches of the coast. The house has 2 bedrooms with bathroom in the room, a laundry room and a large dining room, two shaded verandas and a kitchen space in a characteristic stone bungalow. In the countryside, you can visit the vineyard, the olive grove and the vegetable garden with the first fruits of the season.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
