We felt very comfortable! We found the place as described and equipped with a decent foundation. There was coffee and tea and detergent/dishwashing tabs as well as shampoo and sunscreen. Great quiet location near the beach. We recommend this house :-)

I highly recommend staying in this home in Capoterra near Cagliari, Sardinia! We were a group of 8 people, including 4 kids, and the house turned out to be perfect. The space was adequate for everyone and the furnishings exceeded our expectations. We found everything we needed, from silverware and full kitchens, to such useful little things like soaps, towels, and even children's toys, which was a huge plus. The location is fantastic. A quiet neighborhood with a charming, small garden and a convenient entrance with the possibility of parking our rented bus. The house has a typical Italian character with a beautiful loggia that has become our favorite place for morning coffee and evening sessions. Capoterra turned out to be a great base for exploring Sardinia. We could easily drive to many of the island's attractions, and daily walks to the sea for coffee became our ritual. An additional advantage was the proximity of the pizzeria and the shop, which resembled Lidl, which made it much easier for us to shop every day.

Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Great location close to the sea. We would come back again in a heartbeat.
