KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy a comfortable retreat in a historic 1930s cabin overlooking a 350-acre private lake. This fully renovated farmhouse features its original beadboard. The historic touches, combined with all the modern amenities, make this the perfect destination for those seeking to enjoy a getaway into nature and fishing experience. A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

This one bedroom apartment is located in the back of an early 1900's house. Private entrance, hardwood floors, high ceilings, large kitchen and living space, full bathroom, bedroom with walk in closet. WiFi, Washer/Dryer, and dishwasher. This property is perfect for travel professionals. 30 min. to SGMC, and 30 min. to Archibold in Thomasville, 5 min. or less from Brooks Co. hospital and Presbyterian nursing home. The pet fee is 50.00 and listed under additional charges on the booking page.

The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.
