Holiday rentals with breakfast in Madulain

They were super super nice, warm and friendly, because the train strike also sent us to the train station early in the morning, and the room was also prepared with bread and water, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and we slept well!因为我们意语磕磕绊绊，所以和我们对话语速也很慢 ，超级好 ！ 离湖边很近，周围很安静漂亮 ，还有一些好吃的餐厅 ，大家都来住哇 ！^ ^ Super nice and comfortable room, everyone came to stay! Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Could not ask for a more perfect location just steps away from the lake and the ferry and all the happenings along the shores of Varenna - we enjoyed 2 nights and one full day, took the ferry to Bellagio for lunch and a bit of shopping , strolled the botanical gardens within steps of the Airbnb and along the Como shore pathway, visited the beautiful church, even swam in the lake which was refreshing in late April! Enea could not have been a more perfect host - arranged for his father to meet us at the train and had a chilled bottle of Prosecco with 2 crystal glasses awaiting us which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the jaw dropping view of Como Lake. Perfection!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como. The location is perfect: quiet yet in close proximity to numerous restaurants, bars as well as the ferry coasters and the fantastic botanical garden of Villa Carlotta – all within walking distance. The apartment itself is superbly equipped, tastefully furnished and immediately conveys a sense of well-being. We particularly enjoyed the small, separate garden, which offers privacy and gives a magnificent view of the lake – ideal for relaxing. A note for those arriving by car: the garage belonging to the apartment is a big plus, but the path leads to an extremely narrow and steep alley. Here, driving skills are in demand, not for faint of nerves. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy!

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

Staying in Ca' Leonardi with Marica was wonderful! You felt like in a luxury hotel, everything was very clean and the apartment extremely stylishly furnished. The spa was a highlight, the e-bikes were great for a pleasant bike ride around Lake Ledro. We enjoyed the morning basket of rolls, as well as the welcome section and the limoncello. We also benefited a lot from the coffee maker, she made very tasty coffee. Marica was always easily accessible, the check-in by a staff member was very pleasant for us because we understand little Italian and the nice woman spoke a little German. We would definitely return!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. It started with Massimo picking us up from the train station and driving us to the flat. The place was very clean and spacious. Especially for the price, this is an incredible deal. You can easily get on the ferry to go to the neighboring towns but it is about an hour 20 to get to the main city of bellagio, just to keep that in mind. That didn’t bother us at all though. They left us basic breakfast items like eggs, toast, ham, milk and apple juice. We really enjoyed that. Lake como is beautiful and this is a great spot if you want to relax and live a slow life. Not to mention the view of the lake and mountains from the flat was Amazing. Overall this was an amazing stay and massimo and Marta were more than great hosts.

I recommend this place with the pure heart of ❤️Alessandro and her family are super communactive and told about local attractions😃, restaurants in this area can't be bored. The apartment was very nice, there was nothing missing, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine for me additional amenities is the entrance from the garage to the apartment👍 The apartment is definitely for people with a car because the access is through a lot of serpentines, but I like it 😅😉

Great place to stay near Bormio. Everything was very clean and well-kept, with a well-equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed for our stay. Nearby we found bars, restaurants and other activities reachable by car.

Great place to stay for our Bernina Express trip from Chur. We enjoyed the apartment with all the extras that make you feel at home. Very welcoming place and easy to walk to everything. Highly recommended!

What can I say.... relaxation, tranquility, peace, and a warm welcome make this place the perfect place to unwind from the daily chaos. Beautiful location on top of the valley with fantastic views, new and clean rooms with large shower and warm wood that envelops you. Breakfast with fresh and quality products (most of them products such as jams, malga butter, and great homemade cakes). Super availability of Debora for every request and her beautiful parents with whom to chat every morning about mountain life and have valuable advice. Everything is great. I can't wait to come back!!

This is probably one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. Antonella is such a nice host, the room, the garden and the breakfast she offers are worth every penny. This was our second time and we hope to be back for many more.

Very beautiful place, quiet and peaceful, lovely restaurant and stunning views over the como lake. Close to many trails in the mountains. Stefano was very helpful and gave us good tips to where to go. Perfect stay!

Wow. This place was amazing. Felt like a local staying here. The b and b is filled with tons of original artwork and antiques. Perched next to the waterfall where you can listen to it all day and night. Breakfast was thoughtful hand made treats every single morning. Other reviewers mention how there’s no restaurants or cafes near by in the village. Not true. There’s around 4 cafes and 5 restaurants. It’s not a tourist village. It’s wayyyy better. We fell in love with this town and this air b and b was truly amazing in every single way. Do not miss out. Thank you Davide and Ettore!

I had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s place! She is an amazing host—always quick to respond and full of helpful tips and recommendations to make getting around the city much easier. The apartment itself is lovely: clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Every morning, we were greeted with a selection of breakfast options including coffee, tea, panini, and more, which was such a thoughtful touch. I warmly recommend Stefania’s place to anyone planning a trip to Lago di Como—staying here truly made my experience special. A big thank you to Stefania for letting me check in early after traveling through the night—it meant a lot not to have to wait until the afternoon.

Unfortunately we only stayed at Matteo's for one night! The room was clean, modern and equipped with all the amenities! Beautiful location in the middle of the mountain...suitable for those who want a moment of relaxation but in the meantime close to the town and the lake!Matteo was very kind and quick to respond! We will definitely be back!
