Jiw and her husband were very kind and passionate!!! They picked us up at the Chiang Mai airport and directly to their house. Very smooth check in and excellent stay experience in Chiang Mai.

Location I sa bit far from city but instead private and peaceful. Everything are clean and well prepare for guests. Best choice to stay.

Let me warn you. The photos for this location do not represent reality. They do not do the house justice! It is rare when you find a place that is even better than the photos depict, but, certainly, this house is delightful in every way. We had such an easy time from checkin to checkout, a lovely fruit basket was provided, and our host was conveniently available at any time we communicated. And the house! Spacious, airy, comfortable and elegant - a very contemporary and thoughtful design. Everyone had privacy and community in all the right ways. This was a perfect location for all the antics associated with Songkran. Thank you for everything!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

We loved the house and location. A great place to serve as a base for exploring Chiang Mai or just relaxing and enjoying the immediate surroundings (quiet, yet lots of nice cafes, restaurants, an art centre, etc).

WAN’s Airbnb was overall great for our stay in Chiang Mai. Pretty centrally located in old town Chiang Mai. Walkable in all directions. 7-11 locations in multiple locations to stock up on refreshments you may need during the warm weather. I truly enjoyed our stay as well as providing us with a driver for day tours we were interested in checking out that was a major plus! Would stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai!

The owners have a good environment, there are several oversized pools, and the proximity to the big shopping malls did not take 5 minutes to eat and drink in the past It is worth going again

Traveling a good apartment to live in, a bathtub shower to a hotel level, very new!711.Walking distance is not abundant!The infinity pool is well worth a look!

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Wonderful stay. Natasa is attentive and super helpful, and the apartment is gorgeous. Location in Astra is amazing with walking access to many great night markets and old town.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

This is a trip I planned for the purpose of ‘rest‘ because my body and mind were exhausted due to heavy work. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with a lot of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was it. If it's not just the sound of an occasional plane, it's very quiet. I saw the reviews before booking, and it was a trip where I prepared earplugs, but I stayed without earplugs. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes for sale near the road every day and eating them at home. (The refrigerator is big and nice) The washing machine and detergent were prepared, so I took a small amount of clothes, and during my week-long stay, I really felt like I was living at home doing the laundry myself. Every time you need help, I appreciated the really quick response from the host. I rested well for a week, and I want to stay again next time.

Just down the street from One Nimman and not far from the Maya Shopping Center, its location is great. One can easily get to the old city as well with Bolt or a scooter in about 5 minutes. Jacinth is a very helpful host if you have any issues. She’s ready to help. Quiet and away from the busy main road.

There is a Central Department Store right next door, and there is a swimming pool and gym inside the condo, so most of the infrastructure is well equipped without going far. The accommodation was also neat and nice. Recommended for those who are staying for a long time.
