The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to must-see sites in Fougères and further afield in Brittany, Pays de la Loire, and Normandy.

On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.
