What a fantastic apartment! The view from the balcony is indescribable and hard to beat for this fair price. The location is perfect, right near the beach, supermarket and a pharmacy. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible stay at Juan’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to many restaurants, and transportation . Juan was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and the place felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting [Barranquilla/Colombia]! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐q

15-20 minutes to the Airport. Close to metropolitan stadium, to the point that you can walk. the neighborhood feels safe and there are a couple of shops nearby. Two air conditioners, one in the living room another in the main room but being a small and somewhat airtight apartment are enough to give the house a fresh feeling. I didn't feel warm at any time. On the other hand, the host Tania is very kind and responds quickly. Everything is very clean and organized.

Excellent stay in this place, one block from the rodadero and everything as is and even better than the pictures show. I would return without thinking

The apartment is much nicer and larger than as seen in the photos it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment is perfectly equipped an incredible view. The building is clean, it is central to everything, Pablo has an incredible help disposition, he had an issue with my card and he was willing to help me at all times and fortunately everything was solved. No doubt recommended as it is an incredible stay.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this location. The pool area was beautiful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a 10-minute walk downhill, with plenty of great restaurants nearby offering delicious food. We also found a convenient spot to book tours to other beaches, including Tangana, which was a great experience. Just a heads-up—the path to the beach is a bit rocky and uneven. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

great host and a lovely place

House in the sky has character and style and is close to the restaurants and old town of Santa Marta. We particularly like the pool on the roof and the large showers. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay with your friends or family.

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

We had a great stay at Sintropia - our favourite accommodation in Colombia so far. The finca is very peaceful with beautiful nature and sunset views. The meals cooked by the chef were delicious and all the staff were very kind. Would not hesitate to stay again!

This is a stunning house, on a secluded and very beautiful private beach. Despite the proximity to Santa Marta, it feels very rural and idyllic. We stayed with our one year old twins, and despite the obvious challenges with the heat, they had a lovely time splashing around in the sea and the little pool on the terrace (which is a very nicely done feature). The house is very well designed to stay pretty cool in the day, and make the most of the sea breeze. It is also very well equipped, with nice furniture and everything you would want in the kitchen. One thing that wasn't quite clear to us before we booked was that there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is in a separate building. You could in theory sleep more people in the open plan kitchen / living room. The people who look after the house are very lovely and professional. Lorena and Luz cooked for us, Alex helped with all sorts of things, including doing a shop for us. All in all a great place for a family beach holiday!

The host would respond quickly the whole time and Juan José was very vigilant in case we need anything. The accommodation is exactly the same as the photos, we would definitely stay in the place again.

Blue Forest is a magical place, looking out to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Wonderful walks in the mountains to private swimming holes and waterfalls. The location is very private and peaceful, with just the sound of the colourful birdlife. A short walk out the gate to the river where there are great restaurants, and then a short walk from there into the village of Minca where there are lots more restaurants and local market shops. It's a lovely village. Blue Forest is very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and the beds are so comfortable! Damon Y Jojo are great hosts and I will certainly be recommending them to any of my friends who are travelling to Minca, and I also hope to be back soon.

Excellent place to stay very complete everything

Me and my girlfriend needed 2 days to relax before going back home from Colombia, Mairas place offered all we needed, good surroundings, beautiful view of both nature and sea. Local shopping area with really delicious food, everything was great. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

The apartment met all expectations, very comfortable, tidy and clean, had everything necessary to make the stay more than satisfactory. Miguel always responded quickly and gave us clear recommendations and instructions. The only thing is that they are very strict with check-in and check-out, in this aspect there is no flexibility. We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time and we were not able to enter until the hour in point, but after check-in there was no inconvenience.

We had a great stay at Bryan’s apartment. It’s modern, comfortable, and met our expectations. The space was well-equipped, and everything was as described. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay

Very nice apartment! spacious, great ocean view from the balcony, everything perfect. The set has several amenities, exit to the beach and everything very comfortable for guests. Without a doubt upon returning to Santa Marta I will continue choosing these apartments.
