Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
