Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

Our 3 bedroom family home is fresh and bright, a real home from home. The house sleeps 5 and the open plan design provides a social setting for family and friends to enjoy. Tom and Angela’s self contained Annexe. Ideal for visiting friends and family or a staycation. We live on a quiet road in the Crosby area of Liverpool, close to Crosby Beach and a short drive to Formby Beach, 7 miles from the city centre. We have private parking, a large sized garden and one double bedroom self-contained accommodation available, with private bathroom facilities, TV, WIFI, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
