We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Little private chalet in the 5* Les Granges d’en Haut complex (free spa access). Incredible views of Mont Blanc from the open plan living room with balcony. Ten minute walk to ski lifts and restaurants in Les Houches. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. Projector for movie nights. It's a little bit of luxury in the heart of the mountains, with adventures right on your doorstep in all directions. Note, the spa is closed for all of November.

Spacious, carefully decorated accommodation with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a suite with shower and a double bed (160 x 200). There is a garden with a small private terrace as well as private parking. The cottage is close to restaurants, suitable activities (ski and alpine slopes, hiking trail and mountain biking)... perfect for couples, solo and business travelers... In an old farmhouse refurbished to new, a bright and comfortable apartment, overlooking a large private plot, with garden, fountain, terraces for outdoor dining... fenced if you have pets. A quiet and charming place, but close to all the activities and interesting places the area has to offer. Beautiful aperitif and barbecue evenings overlooking Mont Blanc! Sun in the morning. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and lovers of authentic mountains.

Chalet Lemon Pit has the feel of remote private cabin, yet is just moments from central Chamonix. The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden. Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.
