Stay in a charming stone house in the heart of Scano di Montiferro, close to the sea, natural and archaeological sites, and Bosa and Oristano. The house is arranged on three levels: Living room entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with French bed (140 cm), large bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, a bathroom, and if necessary, a second kitchen. The house is completed by a large terrace on the second and top floor

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !
