The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

The Falknis apartment is located in a sunny location in the beautiful Maienfeld. The 1-room apartment is 37 m² and is the ideal starting point for hikes, ski holidays, bike tours and wine tastings in the region. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
