This 26 sqm room with private bathroom and hallway in the basement of my terraced house, near Frankfurt, is located in a quiet residential area. It has a bed 1.40 m wide and a single bed, table, chairs, cabinets. The 15 sqm bathroom is used alone. In the bathroom there is a kitchenette with dishes, fridge, microwave and an induction plate. There is an outdoor seating area, also for smoking. Shopping (LIDL, DM, bakery, butcher, pharmacy) is only a 5-minute walk away.
