Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

In the middle of quiet nature and directly on the border of the Spessart Nature Park, there is a true power spot for natural bathing and recharging in this dream house. Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

This bright apartment with a separate entrance is located in a two-family house 5 km east of Frankfurt. It has satellite TV, WiFi underfloor heating and electric shutters. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street a few minutes from the historic old town. It is a 3-minute drive to the train station with a direct connection to Frankfurt East (ECB), Frankfurt South, the main train station or the airport. The A66 motorway can also be reached in 3 minutes.

Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment, approx. 60 square meters with private entrance. The apartment is centrally located: The city center with pedestrian zones and bus station, as well as nature are all within walking distance (each only 300 m). The transport connection to Frankfurt City and the airport is excellent. And since the apartment is in a house with thick walls, it is pleasantly tempered, even when it is really hot outside.

This elegantly furnished holiday home with high-end amenities is centrally located despite the quiet area. The A66 highway to Frankfurt can be reached within 3 minutes and you can reach Frankfurt in 15 minutes by car. There is a good connection for public transport such as bus and train. Within walking distance there are a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and parks as well. Shopping is available in downtown Hanau, 1.9 km away.

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
