Offering garden views, this house is located a 5-minute walk from Maintenon Castle. 5-minute drive from the Golf Course and Maintenon Train Station and 20 minutes from Chartres Cathedral. Very well equipped. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms (160 bed and 2 x 90), bathroom, kitchen, large veranda. In the basement/garage: bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom, washing machine and dryer.
