The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation in the basement of our family home. The flat is approx. 45 square metres in size, it has its own entrance with a small terrace and a private sauna. This can be used for 2 hours for an extra charge of €15. Family-friendly apartment in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing or for tours of any kind nearby. Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Lovingly renovated Art Nouveau house with large garden, terrace and barbecue area. The 3-bedroom vacation home can accommodate up to 6 adults. On request, additional cribs can be provided. Completely renovated in 2022, the house has an idyllic 1,200 m² garden, a paved courtyard with parking and an electric charging station. For breakfast, you will be supplied with fresh eggs from our happy hens.
