It impresses with a very central location, pleasant indoor climate, historic charm and modern amenities. The S-Bahn takes you to the centre of Frankfurt in 20 minutes. The shopping street starts almost directly behind the house. And Homburg Castle is just a 2-minute walk away. The walk to the legendary Casino Royale, the spa gardens and the Taunustherme also takes no longer than 20 minutes.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.
