A house built in 1778, which has recently been renovated, while retaining traditional building materials, is for rent. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The house is located 7 km from the center of Varaždin, in Beretinec, and offers an unforgettable holiday for everyone. The Čevo (7.5 km) and Ivanščica (30 km) mountains, Varaždinske Toplice (15 km) and Trakoščan (36 km) are nearby. There is a sauna (no extra charge), a wooden wellness tub (hot or cold water, heating at an extra charge), parking, Wi-Fi, terrace/arbour and barbecue. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. THE HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER!

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.
