Monthly Rentals in Makalawena Beach

We loved our nights stay at Lavender Lane, the pictures are exactly like the accommodations. The neighbor hood is very quiet and safe. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, cute and a quick drive to the airport. There is a binder with recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, etc & a list of rentals for the beach. She also offers facials, messages & waxing…I definitely would have indulged in a facial if we had stayed more than 1 night. The one and only downside of our stay was no air conditioning. I would highly recommend staying at Lavender Lane when visiting the area.

My first impression upon entering Kaia's airbnb is that it was immaculately clean. Everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom and laundry are functioning properly. The owner is friendly and respectful of privacy as well Sitting in the deck is very peacefu with a slight breeze. It sits above Kona so the weather is much cooler. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to do morning walks. Yiu can also see the sunset and ocean from the studio's bedroom window. I took my wife here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved the place! It was very well cared for, had everything we needed including snorkel gear, was very clean, and quite peaceful. The roads are easy to drive and it is not far from the airport. We were treated with fantastic coconut water, chocolates, and champagne! The hot tub was also awesome and we enjoyed our evenings there. Sundara is great!

We had a great stay at Ruth’s place - it was clean, quiet, and centrally located for us to explore the island. Ruth had equipped the place with everything you might need - from cooking appliances, tea and coffee, to beach towels and chairs. We had a lovely time and will plan to stay again next time we vacation in the Kona area!
