Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. House is located in historical center of Makarska, 20 meters from the sea & main seaside promenade - 5 minutes walk from main public beach. Apartment is air-conditioned and offers separate bed room (queen bed),spacious living room (convertible sofa), new modern furniture, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dining and bath room. Makarska, is located on the slopes of Biokovo mountain, which means that only if you are located near the sea like we are, there is no uphill walk to your apartment ;)

Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

Our amazing house is located near the city but it is quite and peaceful. There are two beds and place for two more people on big sofa :) We are pet friendly!! :) You will enjoy your time in nature while chilling in the hot tub :) If you are interested, you can rent a boat. :)
