The water in the building comes from a local source and may have a slight sulfur odor due to a small amount of sulfane. However, it is harmless to health - sulfan water is even used in spas.

In the garden, there is space, for example, for badminton, or just a pleasant sitting in the grass. New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Helena Studio in the center

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

King-size bed 180x200 cm with the option of sliding into 2 singles. Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A 100 cm wide sofa bed makes the studio comfortable for 2 people or 2 people with a child. Open space bathtub, toilet with sink in a separate room.

Our second property is nearby, but don't worry about losing privacy, the cottage is oriented so that guests meet at most in the common parking lot.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

The studio has a separate entrance, Wi-Fi, TV. There is also a courtyard and private, secure parking. The studio has a toilet, bathtub and shower. Also equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. The room has a double bed.
