Welcome to Romagnano, village in Valpantena, just ten kilometers from Verona. Al Sicomoro was born here, a prestigious and charming villa. Relaxation guaranteed. There is a wonderful luxury infinity pool, with a backdrop that recreates the crystalline sea. Near the swimming pool there is a refreshment area with seating and tables and a terrace overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa and is for the exclusive use of guests, possibly shared with us owners.

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

Our villa of about 135 sqm is located on a single floor, is equipped with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is also for the disabled), a bright kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed that overlook two large terraces. Garage with another bathroom and a large garden with barbecue. The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).
