Monthly Rentals in Maldives

We absolutely loved staying at Ali's place! Everything was new, clean, and very comfortable. A huge bonus was the fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking our own meals. We also enjoyed using the bikes to explore the island, which has wide, modern roads and feels developed and welcoming. Ali and Nashid are truly wonderful hosts — kind, helpful, and always in touch throughout our trip. They supported us with every little detail, met us on arrival and saw us off when we left — we felt genuinely cared for. The reef in the ocean is stunning — large, vibrant, and full of life. It's not right next to the shore, but we didn’t mind at all — it was a joy to swim out and explore it. If we ever return to the Maldives, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

There's a reason the reviews are so good-- this space is fantastic. The location can't be beat-- the amenities are top notch and the host really does go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. If you're in Hulhumale and are considering renting this space, don't think twice- get it.

We felt very comfortable in Jasmin's private house. It's bigger and more spacious than the photos show. We preferred to sit on the terrace in the shade under the fan, which creates a good climate. Everything you need is there, even for cooking. We have booked more houses in the Maldives and therefore we can say that it is not always the case. :) There are also diving goggles, snorkels and fins that can be used. The proximity to the harbor invites you for an evening trip to Sharkpoint or you can watch when the fishing boats come back from fishing. We really liked Ukulhas, you can snorkel around the island and there is a lot of Biniki Beach. We could see sharks and Schildköten right by the house reef at Bikini Beach. Loungers and hammocks along the beach can be used. We recommend Ukulhas and especially Villa Boheme.

I liked my stay here 😄 The room is comfortable and very modern. Breakfasts were good. The location is super perfect: the beach is just in 2 steps. But, please notice: 1. Swimming in the ocean is difficult because of strong current. So most of the people just don’t go very deep. If swimming for you is critical then this place is not for you. 2. You should pay 5$ for beach chairs, what was surprising.
