Punta Scario B

Scario B is an apartment located on the Scario promontory. The house consists of 3 rooms plus 2 panoramic terraces. The entrance is shared with the one of the apartment below, you can access it from a shared pedestrian gate and then have to climb a stone staircase that takes you to the first floor of the house where there is one of the two terraces. The property is equipped with a large garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which can be used for guests of both apartments.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. 20 meters from the main amenities and the bus stop, after 5:00 pm the bus stops within a 5-minute walk. Despite the centrality, the house is reserved enough to make you forget everything else. Punta Scario Beach, one of the most beautiful beach on the island of Salina, is a 15 minutes walk.

The bedroom is up stairs it is in parquet and from the window there is a beautiful view. The house is located in Pianoconte at 5 km from Lipari center.

The house is near the small tourist port of the municipality of Malfa. Its location is very central. Through a municipal road, it connects with the center where there are bars/restaurants/various shops/butcher/fishmonger/emergency medical service/pharmacy/supermarket and food stores etc.
