Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Looking for a truly isolated and quiet mountain? Want to get away from smog and traffic? For lovers of the real mountains. Cabin at 1700 meters above sea level. All stone completely renovated with owned land. On the ground floor, a large room with a large fireplace, living room with dining and cooking area, bathroom and storage room. On the first floor, a single room for bedroom use. IMPORTANT: The cabin, being in the mountain pasture area, must be reached for the last stretch on foot with a path for about 10 minutes.

Rustic surrounded by greenery

Pertinence of a manor house, recently renovated, autonomous, immersed in the green of the hills at 450 meters, near the village square with Lake Iseo and Sarnico 7 km away, airport 30 km away. The south exposure makes spring and autumn special with the outdoor area and nature that express their utmost. Great on the stiff but sunny winter days and if the weather is bad the fireplace is of company. The summer heat is attenuated by the greenery and the evening breeze.
