The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Welcome to Villa Nola on the eastern coast of Istria. This fully renovated 4-bedroom 4 bathroom traditional stone house is situated in a small village Mali Vareški, it has a private heated hydro-massage pool and outdoor fitness equipment. Highlights are restored traditional stone-made water well from 1927, playground with trampoline and kids pool. The indoor area is designed in a unique modern style and offers full comfort, it really makes you feel like at home. Beach is only 3km away.

Villa Natali is a holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect vacation, for all who are looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle and overcrowded tourist centers. The house is located in a quiet location in Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km from the restaurant and 1.5 km from the shop.

Apartment Lavender is located on the top, third floor. It is ideally furnished for 2 persons. The apartment has a comfortable, nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole Rabac bay! The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Oleander. Adults only!
