Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

An open living area features a white sofa and a coffee table, showcasing natural light through large glass doors. Elegant chandeliers hang from the ceiling, while dining and kitchen areas are visible in the background. A serene view of the sea can be seen beyond the balcony.

Luxurious penthouse in center of Malinska for up to 6 persons. This gorgeous apartment has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilette. The spacious living area has an access to the balcony which offers a nice view and has a private jacuzzi. The apartment is located only 80 m from the sea and a few hundred meters away from the town center of Malinska where you can find plenty of attractions and good restaurants. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
