A foosball table, sofa bed as well as a TV and home cinema. 1st floor, a master suite, with double bed (180 cm), laundry room and bathroom (Shower). The top floor includes a bedroom (140 cm bed) and a second bathroom (180 cm bathtub). Air conditioning on each floor, quiet neighborhood. 3 minutes' walk from the city centre.
