House 110 m2 with 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a living area with living room and open kitchen, (induction hob, oven, dishwasher). A foosball table, sofa bed as well as a TV and home cinema. 1st floor, a master suite, with double bed (180 cm), laundry room and bathroom (Shower). The top floor includes a bedroom (140 cm bed) and a second bathroom (180 cm bathtub). Air conditioning on each floor, quiet neighborhood. 3 minutes' walk from the city centre.
