Lake House in South Sweden with Beach & Gym

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

Välkomna till vår gäststuga nära hav, strand, restauranger, butiker och fina förbindelser i pittoreska Limhamn. Vårt nyrenoverade boende har egen ingång, privat badrum och ett mysigt sovrum med kontinentalsäng och matplats. I köksvrån finns kyl & micro, samt diverse maskiner som kan förgylla er frukost, varav den viktigaste kanske är kaffekokaren? Och ja, kaffe ingår. Från den bekväma sängen med två täcken kan du slappa framför en 32” TV med chromecast (casta själv). Välkomna till oss!

Gästhus nära havet

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Kök (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Guesthouse in Höllviken

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Mysigt gästhus på Limhamn

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns fri wifi, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, bra med förvaring, badrum, matplats och köksvrå samt en espressomaskin. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

Charming house of 120 m2 in old Limhamn

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Gästhus 28kvm utanför Trelleborg

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.
