The property is located on a beautiful street, very close to the Klagshamn nature reserve, the limestone quarry lake, and the sea. It’s a 2-minute walk to a convenience store and public transportation (bus 12 to Malmö city and 16 to Malmö Hyllie, which easily connects you by train to Malmö city, Lund, Helsingborg, or to Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark). By car, it takes 30 minutes to Copenhagen.

Här bor du i egen lägenhet på bondgård, mitt i naturområde med fina promenadstråk. 100 m till fiske, 3 km till golf, 500 m till buss som tar dig till centrum i Malmö (15 min) och på andra hållet till magiska Bokskogen (15 min ) Med cykel tar du dig till Malmös centrum på 40 min. Det finns cykelväg hela vägen till Malmö och Bokskogen. Det är lätt att svänga av från E6 för att dagen efter fortsätta på målet. Fantastisk natur helt in på knuten men ändå nära staden! Underbart helt enkelt!

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Privat läge där ni får vara ifred, på ostört läge på liten hästgård på landet, med endast naturen och betande hästar, som utsikt. Ingen insyn inne i stugan. I stugan finns salt och peppar. Toapapper till första kvällen 4 sängplatser, 2 av dem på sovloftet. 2 hästar, en katt och två kaniner finns. 2 km till mataffär i byn. Ljuvlig natur, och café i skogen (helger). Några av Skånes bästa spa i närheten. 15 min m bil till Sjöbo.
