Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as your own oasis. City center and central station reachable in 5 min, beach in 12 min by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement floor with sauna, billiards and relaxation. One bedroom (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). A bathroom and a toilet. Pool April–October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for basic maintenance of the garden and pool, as well as watering the flowers. The house cat, Chilli, is present.
