Holiday rentals with a patio in Malschwitz

We had a fantastic weekend in the rented apartment in Dresden. The location was perfect – central so we could walk to everything worth seeing. The apartment itself was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning. Overall a wonderful place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

What a great spot! We were in Dresden as a family of four with two children and the setup was great. Easy to find, very tidy and new! We would absolutely stay here again :)

The accommodation had all the basic utensils for cooking, which we enjoyed very much. It is very nicely decorated and have a great location. We had a lovely time in Dresden :)

As we arrived in the really nice and cosy appartement, we found an emergency Problem. The contact with Russel because of that, was very kind an helpful. He was very committed to find a fast solution for another accomodation, cause it was very cold outside. If the Problem is solved, we would really like to come again!

We stayed at this location for several days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Originally we had planned to stay at a highly rated hotel in the city center. I had read all of the reviews and it looked fantastic. However, several weeks before we arrive I checked again and the reviews had substantially decreased. We decided to cancel and book this one. It was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have stayed at in Europe. It was pristine, loved the location, balcony was great, and the decor was right on. Everything that we needed was there. Patricia was very communicative and there was easy check-in. She even offered us an earlier time to check in, but unfortunately, we were not able to utilize this as became in later. However, that would definitely have been useful if we had arrived earlier. We also really enjoyed the balcony space. It was very nice and it overbooked a courtyard shared with the other apartments. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

The apartment was large spacious and well furnished. Good beds, not much unnecessary decoration. There's enough crockery and cutlery, a good filter coffee machine, a toaster. Unfortunately, some things were missing such as salad bowl or economy peeler. Enrico was immediately available for all matters with answers and support. We felt comfortable and recommend the accommodation.

Located in a great quiet old villa district, close to a tram stop that stops right nearby /at the Semperoper. Everything we needed was available The photos speak for themselves, we felt very comfortable. Shopping in the immediate vicinity. The contact with Sylvia and Roy was good and warm. We would come back anytime.

This was a beautiful and relaxing place to kick back for 4 days. That said, we did drive to cities (eg dresden Germany) but loved being in a quiet country estate. Convenient, all the amenities, coffee pods, etc.

We had a wonderful time with our friends at Chorah Lou's place. The property is perfect for gathering a large group of family or friends. There are many beautiful bedrooms and also plenty of bathrooms. The common room and large kitchen are great for cooking, eating and hanging out together. The surroundings are beautiful. The Tisa walls are very inviting for hiking and the hike to the Schneeberg is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we can recommend the accommodation without restriction.

We had a great time in this lovely and unique apartment. Hope to return some day.

We spent a wonderful few days in the apartment of the Glatz family and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. The apartment is very clean, cozily furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the beautiful terrace with seating area, which invites you to relax. The farm is also great, there are lots of animals - also two cute dogs. The location is ideal to explore the Spreewald — whether by bike, by foot or by paddle boat. Supermarkets, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and were always available for any questions and tips. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly prepared – a warm hot tub was waiting for us when we arrived, and the romantic atmosphere immediately allowed us to relax. Everything is done to the last button: ice ready in the fridge, coffee maker, full equipment. The room is just like the photos – stylish and very cozy. Definitely a place to come back to. I recommend it with all my heart!

Tobi and Nico are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment has a unique character with charming decor and a lovely view of the city. It’s very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to the beautiful old town of Dresden. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Very friendly hosts. We were traveling with a toddler and Franco responded to our requests. Especially for our child were the fish and the hot tub. The location of the AirBnb was also very central for shopping and for day trips to Dresden, or the national park. Nevertheless, you had your privacy and tranquility. We can only recommend it.

A great apartment with everything you need, very good location close to downtown and very quiet, there was always a parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Stefan's place.

Super nice apartment, I immediately felt comfortable. The location in a villa district with parking right in front of the door, just great. By tram, you are in the middle of Dresden in 25 minutes. I'm sure to come back. Thank you for the beautiful days in the great apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious! The equipment- from furniture to the smallest details is high end and new. The location is great, providing a great balance between the new city and old city of Dresden. The apartment itself is located in a welcoming complex with everything you need at a walking distance. We had a wonderful and very relaxed stay in Jana's apartment. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and was very comfortably furnished. 10 min walk there is a small cafe that is highly recommended. We would come back:)
