Very comfortable and beautifully decorated home. Excellent location as well. In the warm days enjoyed the back patio with my cup of coffee. Felt at home immediately. Beds are very cozy. Highly recommend this gem!

If dating sites were as good as AirBnB at matching people with a prospective partners, then nearly everyone would be married! Anna provided a unique setting for our week upstate visiting family. She houses a few former race horses and ponies, which were a treat to meet and introduce to grandkids. The property is close to Saratoga, but feels rural and rustic and peaceful. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable and easy to access. Anna is an excellent host who leaves you alone, but is friendly and full of knowledge about horses and horse racing as she was a former jockey. A very special experience.

I can hardly wait to book this again, as I know we will be back. The house is spotless, everything a traveler would want or need was provided. Great communication. Great instructions for using the TV, etc. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Nicole and Nugi were wonderful hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable during a severe winter weather advisory. It was freezing out, with lots of snow during our stay, but the RV stayed warm and cozy. The hosts were responsive to any inquires we had, and were very welcoming and kind. They really went out of their way for us, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this RV to stay in! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: heat/air; running water (hot and cold): full bathroom; kitchen with fridge, sink, and stovetop; TV with streaming services; WiFi; and complimentary coffee and tea. They even left us some Valentines’s day chocolates and snacks, since we stayed over the holiday.
