To access the beach there is a pass in front. (Approx. 300 meters) Some rules to consider: - It's a family condo. No parties or smoking. - I do not allow bookings for groups of young people where at least one or more are between 18 and 25 years old. - 1 small pet (max 6kg) is allowed inside the apartment

The Suite is a large room with balcony, located in a high point 300 meters from Mancora surf-point, with access to pool and terrace and an amazing view to the sea over the trees. It is made of natural materials with fine finishes. The bathroom is large and beautiful. The suite is equipped with Wi-fi, Direct TV, fridge, boiler and coffee-maker. Additional rooms are available within the property according to the number of guests. The maximum capacity is 10.

We are Pet Friendly and on the property lives a kitten named tigrita.
