Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The gîte is spread over three floors, with a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a shower room and a living room with fireplace (firewood provided!) on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom. Last one to the dormitory! With 4 single beds, table football and a TV. We provide linens and towels. Have a baby? We can provide everything you need on request! There are 2 terraces, plus a pétanque court as a bonus ;)

Former stable converted into a duplex in a mountain village at 1,000 m above sea level, on the PUY MARY site. Ideally located for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and paragliding. The GR400 long-distance footpath passes through Liadouze. Aurillac is 25 km away and Le Lioran is 16 km away. Enclosed, non-adjoining plot of land on the other side of the street from the gîte. Includes a barbecue and garden furniture. Quiet location with a view of our mountains.
