The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Large cellar on the lower ground floor. Two gardens with sun all day long. Fiber Optic internet connection.

Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. A relaxing holiday, in the great outdoors, in a preserved environment, this is Estelou Cosy, a beautiful traditional house perched in the Cantal, at the foot of the mountain pastures, with its lush garden and private pool. This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms. We have brought all the modernity for maximum comfort while respecting the wood and stone, for this beautiful house which is one of the oldest in the village. It is located in the heart of it in a small, preserved, quiet alley. We live next door, which allows us to have a privileged relationship with our guests. Charming and characterful house

A charming house with a tower renovated with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is right in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, the butcher shop, supermarkets, bars,... are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with 3-level bunk bed. There is also a baby bed on site. Come and relax in the heart of the Massif Central, nature and all the summer activities await you.
