The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
