The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

This house with its stylish furnishings is located at an altitude of 600 meters with beautiful views of the historic small town of Vizzini. Here you can enjoy sun and silence in complete seclusion or be inspired by Sicily's nature, architecture and culture. You will enjoy it. The house is situated at a distance of about 1 hour drive from Catania. The property is also home to cats, which are very close to my heart, so you should have sympathy for cats.

The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.
