A separate storage room for your bike is located in the basement, which is accessible via the internal staircase. Das Kavalierhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Marstall und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pavillon, umgeben von Rhododendren. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich liebevoll restauriert. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

The Baltic Sea is only 7 km away – ideal for trips to the beach. If you like it quieter, you can enjoy the silence and retreat in the house or garden. Perfect for a relaxing break with all ages!

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Garden cottage in idyllic garden, for couples or small families with 1-2 children. Wooden house, small but cosy. We try to avoid plastic and our living room is not dominated by a big TV (although a small one with standard satellite connection is available). Wireless internet access available. Best for people, seeking tranquility, time for reading books, breathing fresh air, star gazing, sitting around the fire place.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 70 m², cozy apartment "Country Cottage" is located on the 1st floor and impresses with an elegant antique style. The highlights of this apartment are the dressing room and a fireplace. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

New, modern apartment between forest and sea

This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.

Helge's sunny loft

We warmly welcome you to the Sonnenloft near Grömitz! How about breakfast on the large sun terrace or just relaxing in the countryside? In 3 km you are on the beach and can reach numerous restaurants on the promenade. The Sonnenloft was newly expanded by Helge by hand until April 2023 and is now waiting for you!
