R & R German Suite. Perfect for Locums.

Luxury 1400 square foot apartment. All appliances including washer & dryer. Fast Internet and cable TV. Close to hotels, groceries, and Schells Brewery within walking distance. Paved Bike trail across the street. The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are at times flexible with the number of guests. If more than 3, prior approval is requested. 2nd bed is a futon in a sm rm.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the authentic rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level unit with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.
