Set in a large, renovated Provencal stone farmhouse, in a quiet rural location surrounded by greenery and olive trees – ideal for recharging your batteries – you can enjoy walks through the fields that surround the estate. The 80 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and comprises 2 bedrooms, a garden, a terrace with an unobstructed view, and free parking. Located 5 km from Manosque, 25 km from the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon and 20 minutes by car from the Valensole plateau. 75km to Lac de Sainte Croix

Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

The house: approx. 110 m² - three floors - 2 bedrooms - open kitchen with living area - large 20 m² roof terrace - sauna Garage for bicycles/motorcycle (no car) Good starting point for motorcycle, cycling tours, many other leisure activities and markets - or for a day trip to the Côte d'Azur.

Nestled in the heart of the Domaine de la Réserve, this exceptional gîte welcomes you in an authentic and preserved setting, close to an 18th century building. The estate consists of three other cottages, a main house, two swimming pools and a park. You will enjoy a private outdoor terrace of 70 m², a swimming pool shared with 3 cottages of the estate, a privileged place to relax with a breathtaking view of the Verdon. This gîte has been designed to offer comfort and elegance.
