Child friendly apartment with 80 m2 garden

The apartment is perfectly located overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is nice furnished and well equipped. The resort has an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course with putting/driving range. In addition there are tennis courts, hotels, spa, supermarket, bar/restaurants, bank, kids club etc., and several swimming pools free to use. To use the swimming pools you must wear the bracelets located in the apartment. There is a fee to use the pools that is located in the Resort center.

Country house ‘La falsa pimienta’ 15 min. from the city of Murcia (Gastronomic Capital 2020-21) and 30-40 min. from the beaches of the Mar Menor, the natural park of Calblanque and the millenary city of Cartagena. In the heart of the ZEPA (Special Bird Protection Area), it is a country house with barbecue area, small swimming pool, garden etc., all private for your enjoyment. Total relaxation. Apartment above the sea, in a natural environment with spectacular views. Air conditioning in the master bedroom, WiFi, dishwasher, and garage space. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with terrace, ideal for four people, it also has a 135 sofa bed in the living room in case you are a few more. The cove is below the apartment, with access. Ideal for scuba diving, paddle sup, canoeing. In summer it is cool, but we have air conditioning for those extreme days.

Incredible views over the cliff with all privacy, next to the beach and restaurants, perfect for family activities in Cabo de Palos. You will enjoy the space for the light, the kitchen, the cozy space. Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children or without). Main room has a dressing room, sea views and ensuite bathroom in separate floor; on the ground floor next to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is other room with double bed too.

The property is located at the fishing port of Santa Lucia. A few meters from it is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, press, as well as various bars and restaurants. The historic center of the city can be reached by touring the Paseo Marítimo, in 10-15 minutes. Cala Cortina beach is a 5-minute drive away, although it can also be accessed via a newly built promenade, which skirts the city's harbour.
