This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

Chill out in the huge pool* (only shared with main house) & relax in a remodeled frontier cabin with hiking & mountain biking right out the front door, 5 mins to stores & restaurants. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

Lovely Tucson home with swimming pool.

Comfortable and cozy. Swimming pool (pool is NOT a heated pool). We do not allow parties to take place in our home. Work desk available in dining room area. TV in living room and one in the master bedroom. TV's are set up for those who have access to Netflix, Roku, etc. No local TV channels are available. Free WI-FI. Beds are comfortable. Within 2 miles are restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places nearby.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
