The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Our original family home. The apartment is characterized by the beautiful original cement tiles: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with a large and usable balcony of 5 square meters, a view and an exclusive and enchanting location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (local police/carabinieri barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the village with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the beaches, by car, in 15 minutes.

Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
