The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Podmeja is a small authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. This is also a peaceful base for exploring the peninsula. The house is cozy and furnished with many hand-made items. Special features for kids: hobbit house, zip line, rabbits. As your neighbors we will try to help you in any way we can.

Apartment Maro

The apartment is situated in a family house on the 1th floor and has its own separate entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with Queen bed wich has a small terace. Living room has a pull sofa which allows sleeping two more persons. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, a frige, coffee maschine, disches etc… Bathroom includes washing machine, hair dryer. Apartman Maro also offers accomodation with a Tv, Free WIFI...The nearest airport is 8km from our apartment. We speak German, Italian, and English.

Industrial style studio house Eni, Parking, BBQ

This unique place has a style of its own. Made in industrial style from old motorcycle parts, stickers, posters, frames, banners... It is one kitchen, dining, living and sleeping space with a double bed (160x200cm) underneath, and a gallery with another double sleeping space (160x200cm). The inside space is 38m2, it is air-conditioned, WiFi covered, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's parking in front, a private covered terrace with barbecue area, and a sitting lounge.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.
