Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Marche

An unforgettable experience: the pool, the tennis courts, the panoramic view from the balcony (from which you can see beautiful mind at sunset, along with the cathedral of Loreto), the nearby beaches… Then the sofa bed seemed particularly comfortable to me. The staff is really kind and thoughtful, just like the owner.

A great experience and an excellent host, very helpful and also very flexible on check-in and check-out, I practically arrived at 11 and he told me that there were no problems to take possession of the accommodation! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!!!

Great location for walks on Mount Conero and to the Portonovo Bay. The host is available and cleanliness of the rooms.

The house is extremely spacious, very cozy and equipped with all the comforts. It is immersed in the Marche hills, a small green paradise, perfect for spending days in total relaxation. Only downside, the last stretch of road to get to the villa is dirt and a little bumpy and you have to proceed with caution, but it's absolutely worth it!

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

the apartment is quite large, we with 3 small children had a very good time. Very quiet area near the center and also the sea. great location for walking even with the little ones. Mauro and Ingrid are very kind and available!

At thisapartment, located in a quiet area and 15 minutes from Perugia, we had a great time. Small house, but equipped with everything you need and clean. The landscape from the windows is very relaxing and inspiring. It is possible to take advantage of a small space outside the house for a restful breakfast or aperitif overlooking the surroundings. Silvia, the host, was always present and quick to answer our questions. Definitely recommended!
