Loft holiday rentals in Marche

We stayed at PentSea for nine days to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday 🎉 and it was simply amazing! The apartment was super clean ✨, beautifully designed, and had stunning sea views 🌊. The location was perfect, with great restaurants 🍝 and a gelato shop 🍦 right next door — we had ice cream every day! The complimentary breakfast at Botanic Bar ☕ was a lovely touch we looked forward to each morning. Stefano, the host, treated us like royalty 👑. He helped with restaurant recommendations, bookings 📖, activities 🎡, and even surprised the kids with candies 🍬 and Easter eggs 🐣. For the birthday, he arranged an unforgettable dinner in a nearby town and surprised my mom with a special cake 🎂. Stefano’s care and attention made this trip one of the best experiences we've ever had ✨. We can’t recommend PentSea and Stefano enough - thank you for everything! 🙏

Lovely modern apartment, perfect for 2 people. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best Airbnbs I've been to! It's beautiful and in the most central location. The bed was comfortable and the noises from the main square didn't keep us from sleeping great. The communication was 10/10 and self check in easy. We left our rental car in the recommended parking lot which wasn't super cheap but worth it not driving in the historical center.

Everything was great! Fabiano was excellent, making contact in advance and meeting us promptly at a very clearly explained pre-arranged rendezvous point 1 minute's walk from the accommodation. He helped us up with our luggage - very grateful considering the flat is up a couple of flights of narrow-ish steps. but then once up there the view from the window of the town and the beautiful surrounding Marche scenery more than compensates for your efforts! Once installed in the flat, Fabiano didn't rush off immediately but insisted on helping us find a very nearby on street (free!) parking spot first, thus resolving what had been one of our major concerns. Then with the help of his recommendations we had a very enjoyable, stress free stay in the beautiful city of Urbino which I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

i stayed at Tania's place with my husband and my 6-year-old daughter. Perfect stay. The apartment was functional, as described in the listing, tidy and clean, with nearby supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, parking lot and beach reachable on foot in a very short time. Tania was very kind and helpful.

Very evocative and pleasant location. Giampiero was very hospitable and full of advice and suggestions. We felt right at home If we return to the area, we will definitely consider this stay.

The location was perfect. It was kind of exactly in between everything you want to visit in Assisi. It felt comfortable and accessible.
